Description of Service

Fas'al (فاسأل) is an Islamic Q&A platform that connects users with qualified Islamic scholars. Users can submit questions via our website form, browse a public archive of answered questions (the "Question Bank"), and search for existing answers. The Service uses AI-powered algorithmic matching systems to assign questions to appropriate scholars and provides both public and private response options. Our platform includes automated genre classification, intelligent question sorting, and comprehensive security monitoring. Answers are provided for educational purposes and are not legally binding fatwas unless explicitly stated.
